IMPARTIALITY COMMITMENT

• YBM does not allow any commercial, financial, or other pressures—whether internal or external—that may compromise the impartiality of its personnel or committees involved in certification activities.

• YBM protects its employees, auditors, and committees from any commercial or financial pressures during the performance of their duties and certification activities. All necessary measures have been taken to prevent such situations, and commercial and financial independence has been ensured.

• No individual may influence or exert pressure on YBM auditors, the certification committee, or TSK members in the decisions they make.
